A conditional exchange may be offered in the form of store credit for future purchases if the product you received is found to be faulty in terms of its quality or the workmanship; provided that you inform us within 48 hours of receipt. After you generate a query, our Quality Assurance Department will review your case and provide a solution. Customized orders or orders where a discount code has been applied are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback..

"We make every effort to ensure that the colors seen on the images accurately reflect the color of the actual garment. However, there might be slight variances because of several things like the makeup of cloth dyes, the climate at the time of dying, and variations in display output because of color settings, lighting, monitor capabilities and digital photography. Silk based fabrics may have natural darker threads due to uneven yards which are a part of its weaving process. The raw appearance of the fabric is its appeal."
